Candidates

*You will understanding a broad range of HR issues
*Understand how to model future workforce supply and demand
*Be able to use relevant systems and tools and write workforce plans
*Have experience of working on projects within a large organisation
*Be creative and able to find solutions to complex issues
*Have a passion for delivering solutions
