The Personnel Today Awards is the biggest event in the HR calendar. It has been running for the last eight years and during that time, hundreds of HR teams across the UK have joined us at the Grosvenor House Hotel to celebrate excellence within the industry.

During the course of your sponsorship, you will enjoy a year long campaign consisting of ten months of marketing and exposure, excellent editorial coverage, not to mention the post-Awards PR opportunities.

Sponsoring the Personnel Today Awards aligns your organisation with this prestigious event, raises your profile among your own clients and potential new clients and presents fantastic networking opportunities, all culminating in a very enjoyable evening.

2007 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

The promotion of the Awards is split into five campaign phases. Phase 1 is the Awards launch, phase 2 is the entry generation stage, phase 3 is the table sales promotions, phase 4, the night itself and phase 5 is the post-Awards coverage and PR.

PHASE 1 - AWARDS LAUNCH

  • Outer cover-wrap around Personnel Today bearing sponsor's logo
  • Editorial announcing the Awards and the sponsors' categories
  • Official Personnel Today Awards website launched - see below
  • Email to Personnel Today database (50,000) including sponsor's hyperlinked logo

PHASE 2 - CALL TO ENTRY

  • Full page editorial category profile in Personnel Today encouraging entries. This will include sponsor's logo and organisation profile
  • Sponsor's full page advert to go alongside category profile
  • Personnel Today Awards call to entry full page advert to run in Personnel Today and other relevant journals in Personnel Today portfolio
  • Official awards entry brochure distributed, bearing sponsor's logo
  • A call to entry and link to the Awards website will be included in frequent editions of PersonnelToday.com Direct (100,000), as well as on www.personneltoday.com
  • Email to Personnel Today database (50,000) including sponsor's hyperlinked logo, reminding of entry deadline
  • Sponsor will be supplied with official Personnel Today Awards logo to include on own website and marketing
  • Sponsor will be supplied with electronic version of the entry form to forward onto client database to encourage entries
  • Sponsor will be supplied with names of the organisations shortlisted in their category

Awards Website

The website will include all details about the Awards, listing all the categories, sponsors, judges and will enable visitors to download an entry form and book a table.

  • Sponsor's logo and 50 word profile to appear on www.personneltodayawards.com with hyperlink to sponsor web page
  • Pop-under sponsor information to appear under category on www.personneltodayawards.com

PHASE 3 - TABLE SALES PROMOTION

  • Sponsor's logo to appear on full page house advertisements in Personnel Today promoting the table sales
  • Sponsor's hyperlinked logo to appear on email sent out to database
  • A call to book tables and link to the Awards website will be included in frequent editions of PersonnelToday.com Direct (100,000), as well as on www.personneltoday.com
  • Sponsor's logos to appear on Awards invitations

Pre-Awards Drinks Reception

  • Sponsor will have two places at a pre-awards drinks reception that will be held in September 2007. Here Sponsors will be able to meet representatives from the shortlisted teams, judges and Personnel Today staff.

PHASE 4 - THE AWARDS CEREMONY - 22ND NOVEMBER 2007

  • Two premium position tables (10 places)
  • Reduced rate for any extra tables purchased by the sponsor
  • Two representatives from sponsor organisation will be invited to a VIP champagne reception on the night
  • Sponsor's logo to appear on high quality guest list distributed on the night
  • Sponsor's logo to appear on menu/programme of events
  • Sponsor's logo be on view throughout the night on the big screens and all signage
  • Sponsor's name to appear on trophy
  • Award to be presented by a representative from the sponsoring company with name-check from the celebrity host
  • Sponsor's logo to appear on certificate presented to their winner and shortlisted teams
  • A Magnum of champagne supplied after the awards ceremony

PHASE 5 - POST-AWARDS AND PR

  • A winners' supplement will be produced and distributed to all tables after the ceremony. The supplement will also be inserted into a following issue of Personnel Today and will include details of the shortlisted finalists, winners, as well as profiles of each sponsor
  • Sponsor to have full page advert in the winners' supplement, alongside their winning team
  • A full write-up about the Awards ceremony will appear in the following issue of Personnel Today, with sponsors' categories mentioned
  • An email will be sent out immediately after the Awards announcing the winners, ensuring maximum open rates. This will include sponsor's hyperlinked logo,
  • Sponsor's name will appear on press releases going out after the Awards, announcing the winners

For commitment in 2006 2006 one year rate held of £28,000
Discounted 2007 two year rate to £26,000
For commitment in 2007 £29,500 for one year
£27,000 for two years
