XpertHR launches new benchmarking service
The new XpertHR benchmarking service is a major enhancement to our services, providing our subscribers with the opportunity to access a huge resource of customisable benchmarking data covering a broad spectrum of issues relating to HR work and employment practice.
The interactive features of XpertHR benchmarking enable users to tailor their own bespoke HR benchmarking data, which will be of direct, practical use to the day-to-day work of HR professionals and employment practitioners.
The benchmarking data presented via XpertHR benchmarking are predominantly sourced from XpertHR's ongoing IRS benchmarking survey research programme.
Via the new benchmarking service, XpertHR is now offering its subscribers the opportunity to benefit from IRS's four decades of HR benchmarking expertise.
This is the first time the IRS data store has been completely opened up. The vast majority of the data we are making available in the new benchmarking service has never before been accessible via XpertHR, and in fact has never been publicly available in any format.
This huge database of new content will be kept up to date, with between 30 and 40 new surveys being added each year. Customers also benefit from a leading edge online system to enable them to make the most of that content.
