The aim was to differentiate themselves from the 'Big 4' and all other recruiters, by allowing trainees to speak for themselves. The campaign consisted of a website, brochure, social media, third party advertising and onsite at campus. It invited engagement from the target market and conveyed the personality of the firm, thereby encouraging self-selection.
