HRPeople uses intuitive user interfaces, workflow mechanisms, wizards and triggers, all designed to minimise labour intensive activities such as maintaining mandatory or repetitive data, salary modelling, recurring reports and task management. This software serves various aspects of recruitment, administration, absence reporting and management and workforce development.

HRConnect is Wealden’s customisable self-service solution which incorporates online document publishing, data reporting, electronic forms and business process workflow. It allows employees and managers to read, or update either personal or company data securely. Employees can make requests for absence or training, which managers can approve. Inbuilt workflows direct and track each request or notification through an approval/decline/escalation path.

HRPay is a powerful, flexible and comprehensive payroll solution which can carry out sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay calculations, national insurance calculations, salary deductions, pension schemes, net-to-gross payment calculations, and multiple data exporting. The software can be linked to third party accounts, time and attendance and other related systems through a standard interface. It also allows organisations to upload their employees’ payslips as e-payslips.

HRTime & Access: This software is an integrated solution for access control, time and attendance, shop floor data collection and project and budget management. It allows management and control of all the time/attendance and access requirements. HRTime and Access can be used alone or can be integrated with HRPay or HRPeople systems

HRP11D software performs all the necessary calculations for reporting employee expenses and benefits to HMRC at the end of the financial year. It enables expenses data to be imported from spreadsheets or other data sources and performs data validation to check for completeness, correct date ranges, field formats and content – reducing the risk of incurring substantial financial penalties.

Finally HREvent helps event organisers to schedule, plan and manage resources through an interactive system, delivering cost savings and real-time flexible management.
