Thanks Greg. Really appreciate your help and advice. One of the most useful things I read was “decide how much of each working day you want to spend on Covid-19 then stick to it”. Put that way you realise how much of your time is getting diverted in a storm of news/comments/emails/whatapp/LinkedIn etc. None of which will increase revenue by a single cent. Easy to say but not so easy to do of course but at least it’s a goal!
