Totally agree with our article, thank you.
We used to be nearly always exclusive and circa 50% retained and had an incredible success record.
Now, not always but too often we receive an email inviting us to dial-in to a group call by talent acquisition person to listen to a brief with 4 or 5 other agents.
On these calls, nobody asks the hiring manager anything serious about the role as they are all watching each other. I can’t work out how the market reached this very unprofessional way of working and agree that we need to re-educate the client base that there is a better and far more effective way of recruiting if they want the best candidates!
