Great advice here Greg! I would add, set very realistic, achievable production goals starting out. Something simple I call the 2, 2 & 2 weekly target goals. 2 new potential client relationships/job orders, 2 send-outs/interviews confirmed, 2 new, motivated, top caliber candidates that are exclusive to you. Market them to fill existing inventory and use to create additional, new client relationships. Simultaneously, building your niche candidate network and reputation as you go. Keep this simple cycle going, work your tail off and you will see success early on!
