Oh, I loved this 2 minute read, and my brain became crowded with the memory pictures of candidates, and the scores of hilarity, embarrassments, personality clashes and surprises, instances of getting it right, and dealing with the hurt of getting it wrong. I have missed collecting those triumphs and hard lessons, because my stats tell me a different interpretation of “job satisfaction, “longevity” and company loyalty..I had pride being the broker for the Marriage in the workplace” but sadly the human connection has been too readily replaced with the power of 3rd party computerized “Guesstimation “
