Leading business gurus have launched an online campaign to encourage creativity in the workplace.
The Space For Ideas Campaign has a website where thinkers such as Charles Handy, Baroness Susan Greenfield, Robert Heller and Professor Richard Wiseman, and entrepreneurs John Timpson and Teletubbies creator Anne Wood, have all posted essays.
They give companies and their employees an insight into the process of ‘ideas generation, capture and commercialisation’, including sources of inspiration, how to set up ideas processes, encouraging ideas from staff, and advice on winning support for your ideas.
