The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is a new independent regulator of social housing in England. We work with landlords and tenants to improve the standard of services for tenants and residents.
The TSA has around 250 staff currently and is looking for a new integrated HR & Payroll system and payroll bureau service from June 2010 when our current separate system/contract ends. We are looking for a system that is the right size for the organisation, which can be implemented with minimum customisation, will achieve improved value for money, provides effective reporting and a high-quality payroll service, and enables managers and staff to use a self-service system.
The contract will be for an initial period of two years with an option to extend the contract for a further year.
