We are seeking to appoint a provider to design and deliver a management development programme for our 80 managers who have responsibility for a range of teams, including caretakers, plumbers and staff in housing management, finance and customer services.
The programme will focus on how to get the best out of individuals and teams in order to deliver high performance. It will be made up of two levels:
- One aimed at those with line responsibilities for managers
- One aimed at those with line responsibilities for staff.
The programme is scheduled to begin in September 2009.
