Almost two-thirds of organisations expect to increase their recruitment activity over the next six months.
The public sector led the way, with an RCI of 139, followed closely by the private sector at 136. The not-for-profit sector remained cautiously optimistic at 127.

The overall RCI for all staff in the three sectors stood at 137, a significant increase from 122 in the last quarter. But the growth in recruitment activity for managerial/professional staff remained relatively static at 122, up from 120 in the last quarter.
However, more than half (60%) of the organisations questioned said they did not anticipate any increase in recruitment activity for managerial/professional staff in the coming months.
