More change is undoubtedly on the way.  Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond’s “reset” of the economy offers as much illumination as the “Brexit means Brexit” line, but at least it allows business leaders to dream a little about what goodies he might dole out in the Autumn Statement on November 23.
