TV shopping channel QVC has launched an employee wellbeing programme, Wellbeing@Work, to provide staff with information on improving their personal health and fitness.

The programme, which will run across the company’s London and Knowsley sites, was initiated and planned by the employee committee, QVC Forum, and will be led and run entirely by staff.

The programme aims to reduce stress and sickness, improve performance and productivity, and aid the recruitment and retention of employees.
