The OH accreditation programme SEQOHS (Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service) is testing the water to extend into accrediting OH physiotherapy businesses. SEQOHS was launched in 2010 and some 100 OH businesses have achieved accreditation.
The scheme is due to be revised during 2014, and the Faculty of Occupational Medicine and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE) have joined forces to look at how the standards might be extended into the OH physiotherapy arena.
