E.ON Case Study – Active Energy Programme by Nuffield Health

by Personnel Today 1 Jul 2009
by Personnel Today 1 Jul 2009

The aim of the programme was to improve employee health, reduce absenteeism and improve performance. Employees were given a comprehensive health and wellbeing assessment using the latest technology to measure the bodies’ resilience to stress and posture alongside traditional health measures.

Behavioural change measures show significant improvement across three key lifestyle parameters with anecdotal feedback reporting a positive change in employer perception and greater knowledge of health issues in general.
