Working mothers are becoming increasingly depressed and exhausted in the struggle to hold down a job and raise a baby.
A poll of 2,000 parents in Mother & Baby magazine’s Sleep Survey 2005 showed that new mothers are getting three-and-a-half hours of sleep.
