SPITTING FEATHERS… The GMB union has been accused of fowl play after its latest publicity stunt to attack the new owners of the AA.
The union aims to give the company’s boss Andrew Goodsell the bird by opening a chicken farm in East Farleigh in Kent, the same village where he runs a farm.

The GMB claims Goodsell has reneged on a union recognition deal agreed with the previous owner – private equity chief Damon Buffini – and says that his chickens will “come home to roost” because of the broken promise.
A spokeswoman for the motoring services group denied that any such deal existed.
