The Emerging HR Talent award recognises talented HR professionals destined for great things. This category will celebrate excellence in an HR professional who consistently demonstrates their potential for great things in their career. Judges will be looking for testimonials of the entrant’s leadership style and abilities, and will seek evidence of the individual’s ability to innovate as the HR profession adapts to the future world of work. Initiative and drive should be evident as well as case studies and analysis showing the success of projects led by this individual. Entrants can be nominated by colleagues or enter themselves, but must be below HR director level.
