Hannah Mullaney BSc, MSc – Client Solutions Director. Hannah heads up the consulting division of Saville Assessment leading on the design and delivery of client projects. She has expertise in leadership assessment and a wealth of experience working with senior stakeholders in both private and public sector organisations. Hannah has partnered with these clients on engagements including talent audits, leadership development program design and one-to-one leadership development. Hannah has over 10 years of product development and consulting experience with a strong research focus, beginning her career in Research & Development. She is a passionate advocate for fair selection and development, advising clients on best practice use of psychometrics.
