Liane has been a workforce engagement expert for almost 15 years. Her passion is helping people to have a positive experience of working and volunteering so that they thrive. Leading the L&D and Workforce Engagement teams at the NSPCC, Liane is responsible for delivering learning solutions and workforce insight, engagement, recruitment and recognition programmes which set up staff and volunteers to give of their best for children.
