Katherine Flower

Katherine Flower is a partner in the Employment Team at Burges Salmon. She has a broad employment practice and advises clients across many different sectors, including FTSE 100 companies at board and C-Suite level. Katherine advises on a full range of employment law matters and has particular experience advising on the employment aspects of complex mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and board-level exits and appointments. She has authored a number of articles and blogs, and appeared on several podcasts. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
