Grant Thornton’s Sacha Romanovitch in bid to give grads a break

For all the stick most Square  Mile types get on pay, Sacha Romanovitch - the first woman to head a major City accountancy firm —- is prepared to do things a little differently.  Romanovitch  says being paid more than 20 times the firm’s average salary “didn’t feel right” - words to have the average FTSE 100 chief executive, on 149 times, choking on the PolRog. She also refuses to use unpaid interns and has laid down guidelines on transparent recruitment practices.
