Broadway Homelessness and Support was crowned the overall winner at the inaugural Personnel Today Best Places to Work in HR Awards, in association with Courtenay HR, held at St Paul's Cathedral last week.

The charity also won Best Small HR Department and Best HR Department for Employee Engagement.

HR director Helen Giles and training and development manager Richard Banks (pictured with Personnel Today editor Karen Dempsey), admitted to being "surprised and a little dazed".
