Working in its dedicated research unit means that Ed's work covers the whole range of topics covered by Brightmine. His personal interest is in organisational performance. Why do organisations succeed or fail and what role does people management take in this process? After completing a Masters degree in Organisation Studies from Warwick University I went on to work for Watson Wyatt. I've been with Brightmine working on both internal and external research projects since 2003.
