Mark Withers is founder and director of Mightywaters consultancy. With over 40 years of experience working in the field of human science, he has become a trusted adviser, expert facilitator and mentor to senior executives and boards. Mark does this through helping leaders navigate the right conversations that lead to commitment, accountability and action. He has worked with a wide range of organisations across many different sectors and internationally. Mark is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Member of the Institute of Directors. He is author of Transforming HR and is co-author of Risky Business.
