Kat has a global track record of working together with founders, CEOs, and executive teams across early growth stages in their hiring & people practices. With roots at impact investment startup and venture capital at Anthemis, a global fintech investor, she offered strategic counsel on recruitment, culture, and organisational design. Currently, as the Director of People & Culture at Weavr, Kat is shaping the company's organisational strategy together with the execute leadership team and spearheading impactful people programmes across performance management, compensation, employee engagement and learning & development. She has trained in coaching through the Neuroleadership Institute, previously board observer for Singapore-based HRtech payroll platform Skuad, and currently serves as advisor to startup, The Lo, an Atlanta (US) community platform for queer women.
