City employees to nominate HR teams for accolade

A financial service website is running a competition giving staff a chance to declare their HR department the best in the world of global finance.

The website, hereisthecity.com, calls on staff to nominate their HR department if they “rate the service your colleagues in HR provide”.

However, HR departments should be warned that the competition also says staff can nominate HR at the previous companies if they thought it was better.
