Job opportunities and services to people from ethnic minorities, disabled people or women must not not be sacrificed when 84,000 civil service jobs are cut and 20,000 jobs are transfered from London to the regions, Whitehall has been told.

According to the Guardian newspaper the Cabinet Office has warned all government departments and agencies after it realised the cuts could attract race and disability discrimination cases.
