Email sackings given a second chance

Royal and SunAlliance is reported to have reinstated three
members of staff it had sacked over the misuse of the company email system.

The report in today’s Financial Times claims that at the
same disciplinary hearing a further ten people had their sackings upheld.

Last month, 80 people were suspended over the circulation of
lewd emails. The company refused to confirm or deny the reports.
