HR Directors Club: Workshop on improving HR’s reputation comes back to London

by Personnel Today 7 Aug 2007
by Personnel Today 7 Aug 2007

Following the positive feedback from our recent workshop on improving HR’s reputation, in association with ADP – which was held in Manchester – the event will be repeated in London.

The workshop will look at the HR sector today, and examine the profession’s strategic objectives with reference to the Ulrich model of HR. It will explore how HR can move to a position of more influence and respect, and will give tips about how to overcome obstacles along the way.

Martin Sawkins, HR director at the AA, will give first-hand insight into how the HR function has effectively achieved recognition and status within the AA.
