The judges, which included Polly Toynbee of the Guardian and Rod Liddle,
formerly of the Today programme, said: "The campaign consisted of a series
of articles and news reports as well as original research. It displayed very
clearly defined aims supported by consistent and thorough analysis. An
excellent and challenging magazine campaign which was principled and committed
to an end result."
Editor Jane King said: "This was a big achievement. The shortlists on the
night sounded like a who’s who of the elite of business reporting and included
journalists from the FT, The Economist and the Sunday Times and
broadcasters."
