the union for professional workers, has re-elected Paul Noon as its general
secretary.
Noon
was elected unopposed to a second five-year term.
Prospect
represents professionals and managers in more than 300 UK public bodies and
private companies.

was a civil servant before joining the Institution of Professional Civil
Servants in 1974. He was elected general secretary in 1998.
