Royal Mail loses head of diversity and inclusion

The head of diversity and inclusion at Royal Mail has left the organisation to form her own consultancy.

Satya Kartara’s new business, BeInclusive.co.uk, will provide consultancy to employers on issues involving diversity and inclusion.

Kartara will continue to provide consultancy to the Royal Mail on the management and implementation of its approach to equal opportunities in respect of the ongoing Equal Opportunities Commission investigation into inequality.
