Three candidates have received the required number of nominations to stand for election as general secretary of trade union Unison.
The winning candidate will be leader of the biggest trade union in the UK and the leading voice of more than 1.3 million public service workers.

The candidates are Roger Banister, NEC member North West; Dave Prentis, Unison general secretary; and Jon Rogers, NEC member London.
The result will be announced on the 9 March 2005.
