Workers that have been staging a sit-in at the wind turbine company Vestas since 20 July could finally be forced out, should a court rule in favour of the employer at a hearing today, reports the BBC.

The industrial action began when the firm announced plans to close the factory, with the loss of 625 jobs, which the company claimed was necessary following a lack of demand for wind turbines within the UK market.
Vestas will apply at Newport County Court for the possession order to remove the workers from the site.
