Jenny Ball has been appointed HR executive director at Ford Motor Company, based at the company’s Brentwood headquarters. She will be responsible for the HR operation of Ford of Britain, which includes 13,000 people.

Kieron Rathe has been promoted to HR vice-president, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, at JohnsonDiversey, the global provider of B2B cleaning and hygiene solutions. His focus will be to drive JohnsonDiversey’s talent and performance management processes.

Car rental firm Enterprise Rent-A-Car has appointed Ashley Hever as European HR manager. Hever will focus on developing key areas of Enterprise’s HR strategy, including its international management programme and the development of online tools.
