Mediation in Action – Everything you need to know about workplace mediation.

On 18th March 2008, UK Mediation is offering HR professionals the opportunity to attend a one-day intensive training programme which will cover all aspects of workplace mediation.

As well as an update on dispute resolution policies, procedures and recommendations, the programme will incorporate the use of the DVD “Mediation in Action” to illustrate the whole mediation process – from the “spark” of the dispute, to it’s resolution.

This one day intensive programme is suitable for individuals wishing to find out about mediation, how it works, the mediation process or how this can be incorporated into the workplace.

Attendees will be provided with their own copy of the DVD which they will be able to retain for either personal use or as an exceptional training aid for HR managers, advisors and line-managers.
