Gillian Hibberd to be corporate director (people and policy) at Buckinghamshire County Council

Gillian Hibberd has been appointed to the new role of corporate director (people and policy) at Buckinghamshire County Council.

The move follows the amalgamation of the organisational development and human resources service and the policy and performance service.

Hibberd was previously corporate director (OD and HR) at the council.

She previously spent six years as assistant director (HR) at Hertfordshire County Council.
