HBOS to roll out e-learning system for 67,000 staff

HBOS has signed an agreement to implement an e-learning system across the bank’s entire group of companies.

The deal, with supplier Enlight, covers software, services and maintenance for systems covering about 22 business units and 67,000 employees

HBOS will use Enlight’s Adaptive Learning Suite product to create, deploy, manage and provide interactive training and performance support for staff.

The contract builds on HBOS’s initial contract with Enlight in 2002, when the Halifax Mortgage Business division used Enlight products to support the training requirements for an internal application.
