Overworked health staff failing to take time off

A
new poll shows that 77 per cent of NHS employees are too busy to take their
annual holiday allowance.

The
survey, carried out by NHSDiscounts.com, a website dedicated to NHS employees,
reveals that during 2003, more than three-quarters of NHS staff did not have
time to use all of their holiday allowance.

The
poll has been active on the website for the past month and has generated
responses from 9,400 NHS professionals from across the health service.

the fact that NHS professionals are still having to

when it comes to work-life balance.
