Workers
at the Sellafield nuclear reprocessing plant are to strike next week.
Unions
GMB and Amicus balloted 2,000 workers at the Cumbrian plant last week and they
voted overwhelmingly to strike.
According
to BBC Online, the dispute centres on the site’s industrial workers demand for
their rates of shift pay to be brought into line with the company’s
white-collar employees.
