An
overwhelming majority of HR professionals think fat cat board directors are bad
for business and employment relations, a new poll has found.
In
an internet survey by consultants Croner, 96 per cent of HR practitioners said
they felt fat cat bosses on huge contracts were potentially damaging to
organisations.
Of
the 129 people questioned, only 2 per cent said fat cat pay didn’t harm
employment relations and morale, while a further 2 per cent were unsure.
