Caring employers named

Three
companies have been praised after jointly topping a survey to identify the UK’s
most caring employers.

The
Nationwide Building Society, Northern Ireland Civil Service and Triple A came
top of the poll carried out by the Work-Life Balance Trust.

The
Nationwide employs more than 14,000 staff and gives its staff the chance to
share jobs, work flexible hours, work from home, take a career break, or take
time off for charitable work.

The
survey is part of a week-long conference in London, organised by the Work-Life
Balance Trust.
