TMP Worldwide eResourcing is increasing its workforce by 30
per cent.
The human capital solutions company is creating 400
positions for UK-based recruitment professionals.
“The labour market may be tight at the moment, but we
believe that we will attract talented workers because we offer the best
employment proposition in the industry,” said Chris Herrmannsen, CEO of TMP
worldwide eResoucing in the UK and Ireland.
TMP has also introduced a recruitment and retention
initiative, called Star, earlier this year. The initiative is based on a
scorecard system where salary progression is awarded according to performance
against individual criteria and contributions.
