Alcatel Telecom’s HR strategy manager has urged other employers to use a flexible benefits system to retain staff and reduce costs.
Flex is a benefits system in which an employee’s salary fluctuates depending on the number of benefits they are taking advantage of.
Diane Colinese told delegates at today’s HR self-service conference in London how the communications systems supplier used intranet-based Flex to “make staff believe that the company is interested in their development and future”.
