New appointments: Carol Mills, Neil Millan and Peter Reeve

Lancashire County Council has appointed Carol Mills as director of HR. She will oversee HR for the council’s 40,000 staff. Mills was previously strategic director of corporate services at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.

Nestlé UK’s head of compensation and benefits, Neil Millan, is to become head of employee services across the company’s UK businesses and will be responsible for transactional HR functions.

Peter Reeve has joined Kier Support Services maintenance and building firm as HR manager. Reeve was previously deputy director of HR at Kettering NHS Trust.
