M&S appoints new HR chief

High street retailer, Marks & Spencer has appointed Tanith Dodge as its new HR director.

Dodge will replace outgoing HR head, Keith Cameron who retires after four years at the company.

Dodge was most recently group HR and communications director at WH Smith, and also previously worked as senior vice-president of HR and communications at Six Continents Hotels. She has also fulfilled two HR director roles for divisions of drinks group, Diageo.

Dodge, will serve as a member of the executive committee, and will report to Ian Dyson, group financial director of M&S.

Sir Stuart Rose, chief executive, said: “I am delighted to welcome Tanith Dodge to Marks & Spencer and would like to thank Keith Cameron for his contribution to the business and to wish him well in his retirement.”
