New
research has discovered a third of HR directors are now using individual
coaching and 360-degree feedback programmes to try and develop leadership
skills in the workforce.
The
survey of 350 HR directors found that coaching and leadership development schemes
were now well established across the UK.
Senior
managers were the most likely group to get any sort of leadership development
and were viewed as the most crucial employees in delivering future business
success.

The
poll, by consultants Hay, also found that a quarter of organisations were
launching programmes for middle managers.
